Originally constructed as a hardware store built in 1870, this 149 year-old building has been transformed and restored by owner Mike Smith back to its original 1800s architecture. Mike spent about two years restoring the building, creating Headquarters Historic Event Center, and his personal loft/residence on the second floor. The building features rustic hardwood floors, original tin ceilings, beautiful exposed brick, and will give you the perfect backdrop for your next event.

Headquarters is a 200-person venue that can be rented out for any and all types of events!
